Pros

- Nice co-workers! Everyone is pretty approachable so it's easy to ask questions, I learned a lot as a writer because of them. The work environment under my team is pretty cool, it gets tensed sometimes but only due to workload, but issues get resolved easily. There are some lazy writers that can be bothersome for the team at times but most are actually pretty hardworking and easy to work with. - During the pandemic, they gave us all equipment so that's nice. Not everyone did that back then.

Cons

Really overworked. I was a point-of-contact back then and I'd do a lot of tasks on top of my already long orders as a tenured writer. There was a time when I had to overtime a lot. If the normal shift ends at 6PM, I'd go home or 10PM or later. Work-life balance doesn't exist at all. To think my salary was STILL at entry-level.

Pros

There are some long time employees, from across the org, that were pretty good on a personal level.

Cons

Leadership is sooo out of touch, it is not even funny. CEO constantly talks about AI, but doesn't have a clue, they struggle to even build a data repository to capture user and campaign data - so nothing in terms of insights from the last 20+ years in the marketing industry. So no data science... no real AI value. Pretty much everything is outsourced, from ops and creative services to offshore resources (which is fine, some good IC's in Pune and Cebu), to even their user interface which is built by their competitors. They literally have little to no proprietary technology of value. Everything is manual or out of date software. High turnover - low morale. Hire and Fire resources that could not fix their dumpster fire of a company, plus a lot of the sales org is now jumping ship.
