The Affinity Express Philippines Inc is the most nasty company I have worked with for the management - The management I worked with was bias, they did not appreciate our work and they do not promote the employees on their deserve positions, they invented a negative reason for the employee to prevent from promotion. - The manager and team leader advise their employee to do overtime without pay. - The manager gives wrong information to the employee, result a misunderstanding on the process. for the HR management - They are very negligence on their process. - They do not reply or update properly to the employee regarding the request/concern. - They do not clarify the employee if the information on the form was correct, obviously they are lazy on doing that. - During the pandemic, their process on vaccine is very nasty and most of us lost a lot of money because of their negligence ( you can PM me for more specific informations) This company is garbage, do not be a victim, there are lots of better companies out there you can pm me for more specific informations regarding this review
