Incredibly toxic environment to work in - Support Worker Affinity Trust Employee Review

There is absolutely no support for staff if you work here. There's a tendency for staff to feel bullied and pressured into things. When incidents happen management tend to close rank and or cover up the incidents if they are at fault. People who have no experience of the job are promoted to high positions and then abuse their power. Support staff are constantly going sick leave because they are not supported or debriefed about incidents that occur
