Very independent environment. No one is looking down your shoulder to see if your doing your job. We all work together as a team. And the company is very flexible with your schedule. They understand when emergencies occur.
Cons
There's more work than there are employees. Alot of stress, difficult situations, overtime, and minimal pay.
