      Pros

      Lots of cool projects and flexibility to work outside of your traditional role. Really great staff and executive team is very hands on.

      Cons

      Underpaid and overworked. There's a never ending amount of work so you'll never be bored, but dangerous you can end up doing more than you signed up for.

      Nice people. Fun industry to be in.

      Pay isn't great. Leadership can be a bit aloof (e.g. thanking the wrong person for a big accomplishment).
