Pros
great training, fun office environment (sometimes), they hire all the same type of people, so chance are high you'll meet at least one lifetime friend there.
Cons
honestly, mostly everything else. training is pretty much nonexistent - they throw you in the fire pretty fast and expect you to figure it out. the turnover is pretty telling of management and their expectations. minimum of 60 hour weeks and if you're not there for "face time" , it doesn't matter how you're doing - they will tell you you could be doing better. they will work you to the bone and then when you leave everyone there will act like you never existed. they have ZERO diversity and are not at all inclusive. if you are "diverse" they will put you on the manufacturing team where most of the candidates are bilingual/ESL. a group of us tried organizing a pride parade and no one showed up. management is a boys club. straight, white, competitive males will do well here but eventually leave. there isn't work life balance and they tell you that. they call it "work life harmony." pretty much anyone who has been successful at aerotek woburn in the last 10 years has all left the company in the last year. I would give culture, values, and senior management zero stars if possible. as for who they hire internally, they will hire literally anyone that says they are looking to make a lot of money. LOTS of "opportunity" dollars. i was a top performing recruiter for over a year and still never saw those opportunity dollars....
