Pros

Really amazing and smart people work here and my fellow employees made it very very hard to leave. Every direct manager I had was amazing and communicated to me honestly which was great. I learnt so much working at Aeroflow and although there was a lot of bad stuff happening there I am so thankful for the opportunity to have worked there. I worked really hard which paid off and was promoted within twice so there is room to grow if you give it your all. We also got bonuses at the beginning of 2020 which was really great. We are also allowed to wear basically whatever we want which is nice. I am hopeful that it will become an amazing place to work if the CEO makes some drastic changes with the culture. The values of this company are great and I really do believe in them.

Cons

-Upper management that have been at Aeroflow since the beginning are very cliquey and set in their ways. This makes it hard for newer employees to voice their ideas. If it didn't come from the "clique" then the idea tends to be stomped out. -Upper management uses fear to get employees to follow like sheep, if they question things or break away from this, they will likely lose their job. -There is a definite conflict of interest with HR. HR are not seperated from other employees and are friends with all of upper management, this leads to employees not wanting to come forward with any concerns due to fear of losing their jobs. -Sales reps are not treated as well as they could be, I noticed a huge difference in treatment from Sales to Marketing. Sales reps are the ones on the front lines making the money and when I was in that position I felt like I was just being pushed and pushed to my max without any reward or relief. Atleast in Marketing we got to leave early on certain occasions and were given lots of free food and always got told how much of a good job we were doing. - It's difficult to trust people here. -I have heard upper management calling sales reps trashy which is very upsetting since they are the ones helping line managements pockets. -Not much PTO and NO SICK time. Either use your PTO or not get paid. -Communication is the absolute worst at Aeroflow. Changes are not communicated to anyone company wide and any changes that come unexpected are met with "oh I thought you had been told". -No windows in office. -Unnecessary bureaucracy throughout entirety of company. -Upper management does not treat others with respect. I've seen examples of this in email chains and have seen this in meetings. Very sad:(

Pros

Great benefits, WFH, wellness reimbursement

Cons

They offer great benefits in exchange for being their slave and constantly watching you, even as a responsible employee. Their OUTDATED program crashes 10x a day. One time their program crashed for the majority of the day and I could't finish an account and the operations executive (I think is his title) privately messaged me asking why an account was incomplete. Didn't even give me the benefit of the doubt. Tone deaf and lame
