      Pros

      Neat offices, centrally located in Dublin with great lunch and facilities

      Cons

      Culture is toxic, managers rule by fear, office politics are way more important than results. The company is a revolving door but they don't care about retaining talent and sometimes it seems that the most difficult people that can't work well in teams get promoted

      Great coworkers, clean space, and spacious personal aeras

      Cons

      No Training, Everyone here has been here for 30 years, very clique-ish. I don't think they really have a plan for each department. Especially the sales team, from the looks of it, they train and keep a contractor.
