Pros

Insurance, 401K, $10 an hour, not manual labor, mostly left alone to do job. Occasional days where management spent $50 and bought us cheap pizzas.

Cons

Extremely high level of stress from constant rule changing, task order changing, nitpicking on verbage, and angry sometimes violent customers. Turn over rate is ridiculous being something like 95% of people leave. Little possibility of advancement. Supervisors chosen from outside of company with little to no experience in actual work. Constantly told how to do my job by "supervisors" with lower quality and months of experience compared to my years. You lose all bonuses if you miss 1 day of work regardless of exceeding federal standards or being best employee of the quarter. Allowed 8 sick days for the 12 months of the year. Instead of cash or salary advancement, perfect reviews are rewarded with meaningless plastic garbage such as a rubber duck. Even with a 99.8% quality (often the best ranked employee amongst hundreds) after two years of employment, I was still receiving my original $10 an hour the same as any new recruit but my desk was covered with about 45 different rubber ducks wearing an assortment of hats. Unless you are a top 10 employee your scheducle will be random hours from whats left to pick. Hours often cut short because you are sent home from lack of incoming calls.
