Cons
I've worked in a few organisations, but this was the worst, because of how toxic and disingenuous it was. They pretend their processes are built on trust and they have no policies because they believe in flexibility, however, this is so they can manipulate situations in their favour or against you when it suits them. If you don't fit in with their cliques (especially if you're a minority), you might as well resign because they'll find ways to bully you out. A lot of their leadership team have little experience, but were trusted due to loyalty. However, the management manual must have gaslighting as their ideal approach to dealing with people because I saw it from several managers. You might need therapy once they're done with you. Known for giving bogus PIPs for the silliest, non work/responsibility related reasons, but they don't want to back it up in writing because they know it's nonsense. Their formula is phony, they say "trust makes everything simple" but everyone stabs each other in the back. "Talk straight without being rude" when you do, you're penalised for it and gaslit to feel difficult when you're just expressing an opinion just like they are. I saw them do this to several people while I was there. You think we don't speak to each other?
