Terrible management and company structure. Inexperienced managers that don't know the first thing about what they are doing. Constantly make mistakes and fire professionals regularly without notice. Salary is late almost every month and often two months late because of their own mistakes. CEO doesn't listen to employees and doesn't care about respecting their contracts. There is a culture of fear and only the old employees are protected. Development team is extremely low skilled, still they are employed and honest professionals fired. I wouldn't recommend working at Advisera!
