One of the ways that we identify opportunities for improvement is through the annual Employee Engagement Survey. Your feedback on this tool is directly tied to each manager’s performance review. If a leader’s department score suffers, they are provided with additional training and are often paired with a high-performing manager who can provide mentorship on ways to improve communication and create a better work environment.
