Pros
Decent pay for the role, some coworkers were helpful and supportive, good benefits (if you stay long enough to use them).
Cons
Unprofessional management – supervisors and trainers were dismissive of concerns and often contradicted themselves, lack of proper training – training was inconsistent and unclear, leaving employees unprepared for their responsibilities, hostile work environment – concerns were ignored or downplayed, and management created a culture where employees felt undervalued and unsupported, HR is not helpful – when issues were escalated, HR seemed more interested in protecting leadership than resolving problems fairly, high turnover – many employees leave due to the stressful and disorganized work environment, unqualified management – AdventHealth as a whole promotes employees to management positions who are not qualified, these individuals do not have the proper training to handle leadership responsibilities, which leads to poor decision-making and mismanagement. Some co-workers who management loves will treat you terrible and think they can tell you want to do.
