Knowledgeable Coworkers. Opportunity to learn everything from top to bottom. Growth potential is unreal, so many opportunities to become a better person and expand your resume. Small business atmosphere with big business opportunities.
Cons
Office politics are minimal but still existent, as with any office environment. Hours can be long but they are manageable. Training can be sort of sink or swim, you have to be able to pick things up quickly to succeed.
