Great company to work for. APM manages over 100 associations so there is ample room for advancement.

After 7 years working with APM I do not see any cons. I only left because of relocation north.

Nothing. They will make it seem like the company is about collaboration and is looking for those who want to stay and grow with a company. They are not!! I came in as multiple employees were quitting some of who did not get paid for their last weeks work and were constantly being talked about negatively.

They do not care for or assist managers. They only care about the bottom line which is money. I received many complaints about the owner Barbara from board members. Her daughter who is the GM of the company had to sit with a board member and say she is constantly apologizing for her mothers attitude and she was so sorry for the issues. You can often hear Barbara yelling in the office talking negatively about employees and community members. Recently she was bragging about how she fired a sick employee then reduced the pay on their final check to minimum wage, This is common practice and fully supported by the HR dept. I am counting the days till I can give my notice but fair warning you DO NOT want to work here.
