The departments within the company are all team players. I don't feel micromanaged and am allowed to perform my daily duties. There is a great sense of comradery between employees and management. I am genuinely happy to arrive at work each day.

As with any company, there is always a rising cost of employee benefits. However, this is reviewed yearly for the best overall benefits package that can be obtained with multiple options for the employee to choose.

Flexible hours, some people are allowed hybrid schedule but not available for everyone.

High turnover, micromanagement for nothing, there’s no reward for productivity, no raises, weekly meetings with the CFO where she just complains about things that are her job.
