There are some great therapists and being a relatively small company it feels like everyone is one big family - but don’t be fooled because there is a lot of gossip!
Cons
Low pay, benefits are not great and hardly any PTO, schedule can be chaotic so be prepared to document for hours unpaid at home, zero opportunities for growth, favoritism, rude owners/management who have no interaction with you unless you are a favorite, high turnover rate
