Wearing ties in an industrial setting is nuts and unsafe! Image is important but so are fingers, toes, lives. Clients would comment whenever the visited or when we went onsite. This is a SALES driven company and thinking outside Their tightly controlled box is not encouraged. Big brother policies pits employees against employees. If you are in management but not part of the inner ordained circle look out cause you may be burned!
