Too many. UK leadership are obsessed with having the best company review and high score in 'office vibe'. Pressure employees into giving a high score, they are not interested in listening to employees. There is little respect and trust of leadership among site employees. Its all about the self interest of the UK leadership, making cuts so that they hit the bonus, and all this affects and adds to the pressure of all the employees. Not even engaged in employee meetings, just spends time playing on phone or laptop. The business is shrinking not growing, they had the best highly respected guy onboard to take the business in the right direction but they sadly let him go. Says it all really.
It is time for a change at the top, after 10 years the business has not grown. Time for new ideas. The business could be so much better.
