Some of the work on real missions is fun and the engineering staff are generally good.
Cons
Poor project management and leadership. CEO is looking for people who will work long hours with pay well below industry averages (check the job listings) and not complain. When someone leaves, he says, "we're better off without them." Company significantly exaggerates the maturity of its technology. Unlimited vacation is an excuse not to pay for unused time off when people leave. You'll be required to hit a normal year's worth of hours equivalent to 50 40-hour weeks at least. There are no opportunities for career advancement or mentorship. Take a job if you need entry level experience, but don't stay longer than necessary. It won't benefit you in the long run. Company 401k is shady.
