Good group of people, real team feel and you can tell the ceos care about the business. 9 day fortnight is a real incentive to join. They really do celebrate each others wins.
Cons
Principle consultants getting promoted to management level with absolutely no ability of how to manage. Always felt the culture for a sales company was odd, highest billers weren’t really high billers compared to other businesses. The process of making a placement through the system and compliance team is one of the worst and drawn out processes I’ve ever seen.
