Caring directors - Senior Consultant Advanced Resource Managers (ARM) Employee Review

ARM has gone through a difficult period over the last year and I honestly believe the new directors have done their best with a situation that wasn't originally theirs to sort out. There's been a lot of negative reviews lately from "current employees" that are actually ex employees who have either been let go due to under performing or left before they were inevitably pushed but the actual current employees are doing well and are being heard if their are any issues
