They are incredibly generous, kind, and collaborative. The culture is fantastic. The COO who runs the organization day to day is exceptional, and a new group of strong leaders in HR, operations, and the scientific team have started to introduce more processes, support, and professional development opportunities while maintaining what has historically been the best parts of ARMI. It feels like we are on a very good trajectory.
