They want you to come in to work sometimes if you are WFH once or twice a year. Poor future outlook as Radiology practices at risk of going bankrupt due to poor financials of rad shortage and developing AI technologies that will replace the company. Work equipment poor quality. Like cheap laptops that don't work at all. Network team doesn't know how to keep servers up so tons of downtimes for you to hop on manually. On call is actually work free for a week after hours since you get called so much. Not much advancement.
