      Pros

      There were Pros to working with this company. Many of my fellow employees were great - very collaborative and supportive. Flexible work with remote opportunities for many.

      Cons

      Manager is not consistent and does not have solid management skills. Favoritism is seen and expectations are not the same for everyone. Information is not passed along well and communication is passive. Appreciation for level experience, attitude and other areas of expertise are missing.

      Pros

      Good ancillary perks and diversity programs

      Cons

      Complete lack of transparency and honesty Very top heavy (many Directors and VPs) and leaders are protected at the expense of client facing employees who reap the negative consequences, client facing employees are laid off but the organization keeps their non-sales producing Directors and VPs Leaders are disingenuous and will say one thing but do another behind your back Leaders that have "been in the industry forever" and are not open to feedback or insights and are condescending when you have ideas even though business continues to decline
