This company has been in my experience the worst place to work for. You will never get appreciated for anything, you will be overworked, and the pay is miserable. Really poor management and the way you get pay is against all employee rights. The company will treat you as a self employed contractor even that the job terms indicate that you are a full time employee, with a desk and set hours. Overtime doesn't exist in this company and the owner will pay with empty checks (YES, when you go to cash your check there will be no funds)
