Solid retirement plan, but pay and insurance need improvement - Paramedic Advanced Medical Transport Employee Review

Employees are really kind, and management is always available to talk with. I have never had a problem working with anyone at this company.

I cannot think of any cons for this company at this time.

Good retirement program, among other benefits

1. terrible communication 2. overworks crews 3. Had a medic employed who overdosed on shift (yes with the narcs on the ambulance) and continued to keep him employed. He then overdosed again and had to be brought to the hospital via ambulance. Company tried to brush it under the rug until the medic confessed. Another employee, a basic, was practicing ALS treatment on patient and was openly discussing how he was doing interventions as such. Employee stayed employed until he was caught with other charges and is now on the run from law enforcement. Overall, the company is such a joke, does not take care of their employees and the management are a bunch of liars.
