      This company treated it's employees with great respect. It provided many engineering challenges and the freedom to creatively meet these challenges.

      Cons

      The company was not broad or stable enough to withstand the market changes that the energy sector went through in late 2014/early 2015.

      Pros

      Flexible hours and great staff. Supportive environment and interesting work. Great Location to work in and live in. Relaxed work atmosphere.

      Cons

      The work could get a little repetitive, but there was a good bit of variety thrown in. Very small company that fluctuated with oil prices.
