Very friendly people. Being new to the industry they spent their own money giving me certifications and valuable life lessons. Having managers that are hands off is great because it shows that they trust you and it is much appreciated. Having weekly meetings with entire staff helped give clarity into the managers' and owner expectations. Having a company vehicle was very much appreciated.
