Great company, start-up feel for an old school industry.

small company so peer to peer sharing/knowledge transfer is more limited than big firms

My company merged with AGS and I felt both parties gained from this. The merge was smooth and successful. I took on too many tasks before the merge and we were severely understaffed. Good choice for the CEO to take the opportunity to grow the company.

The compensation was fair. This type of environment is quiet and keep to yourself. There's not a lot of collaborations or teamwork. Its more about keeping to yourself and getting your work done.
