Pros
- Good compensation

- Flexible on working from home
- Most coworkers are smart, innovative, laid back, funny and go out of their way to jump in and help.
Cons
- Focusing too much on sales ($$$) versus having adequate support resources puts us in a bind to complete projects successfully without burning out resources. Accurate forecasting for what we can support seems to be lacking and it translates into looking like you don't value your employees.
- Accountability is consistently disproportionately applied to Ops or that is the perception due to lack of information.
- Expectations, work volume, education, experience are disproportionately high for Ops versus Sales.
- Benefits are expensive and 100% paid by employee (HDHP)
- No 401k match
- Internal communication and admin infrastructure needs work An Org chart or directory doesn't exist. It's difficult to find the right contact.
- Acquisitions have been bumpy and integrations have been rough.
- The work/life balance can be terrible but that is the industry standard as a vendor and not specific to this company.
- Bonus structure needs to be updated
