I have been working at ADSI Inc. for 10 years. The majority of the employees have been with ADSII for over 8 years. One person has actually been working for over 18 years.
I feel it is necessary to put the records straight. Of course people will take the time to complain, usually because they are upset. But actually take the time to write something good is less likely, that is human nature.
However, I feel compelled to set the record straight. ADSI Inc. is a diverse employer who expects diligent, efficient and productive work. Otherwise you are not going to stay employed. They have high standards for their company, themselves and for their employees. With that each employee contributes to the success of the company. Employees need to be flexible as things change and the direction of the company may also change to stay competitive and profitable. That is business, not personal. Management is driven and determined to remain a successful, flourishing company. ADSI Inc. has been in business in California for over 30 years, so they must be doing things right to be in business for that duration and also retain many long-time employees.
Cons
Only the best and diligent applicants should apply. It is challenging work, but it will give you lots of dynamic work experience on various aspects of a business that you would never get at a standard corp. job.
