Pros
Relaxed atmosphere, friendly coworkers, and challenging work. ACT is built on every employee and most rise to the occasion. I've worked at several companies and the people that I've met here are truly unique. They, and the problems we are trying to solve, are the reason I come to work.
Cons
Low salary, several inexperienced managers, and management often avoids accountability. Again, since ACT is a small company, every employee is necessary for success and responsible for failure. With that in mind, one mistake I think ACT makes is paying their employees the bare minimum. They expect premium talent at sub-par pay. On top that, with some of the recently promoted management, accountability seems to stop at the upper management level. They are more than happy to take credit for success and equally as happy to blame anyone but themselves for failure. Hopefully this corrects itself in the future.
