Where shall I begin??? Complete-and utter unprofessionalism - until the bigwigs from AT&T come visiting. Then, it's almost laughable. Balloons are scattered about the call center on the chair of employers. Everyone must "dress up" to impress. It's ridiculous. The managers are all crack heads as is at least one of the owners. It's a sick environment to work in. Managers are rude and constantly down someone's throat about their production. Instead of yelling, they should be asking if there is anything they can do to help the employee meet their ridiculous goals. And don't count on "spifs" or bonuses - LOL! Only in your dreams! And this place is a nightmare!
