      Patients and families. Being able to make a difference in patients and families lives

      Cons

      Pay, work load, no one seems to know policies and procedures, make you sign a non-compete agreement so you can never leave, no 401k and expensive insurance. Huge staff turnover

      Wonderful leadership and team! I started about 4 months ago and am so thrilled that I joined the team. So rewarding and the kids make you smile everyday!
