Pros

Working with Supervisor Kyle Douglas daily is a blessing and inspiration to many. His kindness and friendliness is infectious whilst his leadership and hands on support with anyone he engages, is rather inspiring. Thanks to Kyle, we as a team are a tight unit of over achievers. His multiple skills gets him to be responsible for three different areas of the business, so is undoubtedly a MVP for ACT and so I must give him the recognition and appreciation for his willingness to constantly go above and beyond at his own cost.

Cons

At ACT South Africa, we work USA business hours. This means our shifts are simple 3pm till midnight. Not impossible to get used to though.

Paid breaks and weekends off are the only pros

Cons

Quite literally everything. Management, and the thousands of unethical business practices they have. Lots of sketchy people who work there
