Pros

Decent scheduling. Paid time off at 90 days.

Cons

Employees are treated terribly. Forget having an emergency, all they care about is their numbers and nothing else. Theyll say they want to work with you, but then hold it against you. You have to hound them to give you incentive pay such as holiday pay, bonuses, etc. Schedule changes too much and last minute and they don't care if its last moment notice, even though it's supposed to be a set schedule. NOT flexible scheduling like advertised.

I was hired to be a remote leader but denied full access of my job duties because once again an ancient leader said we had to come to office. Of course it's somebody who doesn't know this market. After 2020 you still want to bring this mentality to Oklahoma. How embarrassing for a company. You will still experience turnover because this is not a typical ACT MARKET. PLEASE LEARN

Protocol is out the window. Instead of protecting ACT employees the client was allowed to continue to berate us regardless. Even though their leadership sent mixed messages. ACT allowed it. Employee owned that's a lie. Still generational leaders have jobs. It's not ok for some leadership to play video games with the client after hours. Yes ACT ALLOWED THIS TO HAPPEN. OH COURSE THE RECENTLY PROMOTED WON'T SHRE THAT....☹️☹️☹️☺️

The only good thing this company did was hire good ppl.

Where to start. They lie, cheat, and gaslight to get their way. Most of my class came in the first day unders the assumption we would be fully work at home after training, then the HR person came to give a presentation and stated it was 100% in office, we tried to get clarity and we kept hearing different things from management regarding that. I had mentioned in my interview I had a trip during the week of nesting and they "yes that's fine let me note that"-ed me and I did watch her write it, only to get to the point of the trip coming up, and then witholding the time off. during my meeting with HR to discuss this they pulled a paper which they wouldn't actually show me, and stated repeatedly they don't have my trip time noted down so they can't honor that agreement. Their training to put it bluntly was just out of office trainers doing glorified babysitting with a virtual meeting all day everyday. The info given was almost in no way useful to our daily job activities, and the chaotic disorganization was infuriating. and they wonder why their turn over is so high
