Small company with very easy going attitudes. Job was fun and low stress most of the time.

People were not always held accountable.

Good Products Great work life balance

Toxic environment that has people in positions they do not belong. Very negative culture that does not look out for its employees. Company would grow with new management. There is no leadership and you only get feed back if someone in the family is mad at you. Nepotism is terrible and if you are not family or a family friend it is difficult to navigate the politics. The R&D department is very difficult to work with and can be bullies.
