I interviewed directly with the owner and it was the best interview I've ever had. She was very clear and thorough regarding the position. Training is organized and thorough compared to other companies that throw you to the wolves. The supervisors I've met so far have been really nice and seem to care about their job. I have been enjoying it so far.
