Pros

I have been working with Advance for the past 4 years and have experienced following factors that sets it apart: 1- Inclusive Work Culture: Everyone helps each other and there is no discrimination on the basis of factors other than expertise and potential 2- Faster growth: As compared to industry, they offer a lot more opportunities and growth if you are self-driven and eager to learn 3- Innovative Solutions & Best-in-class Consultancy: Advance has the best team that works tirelessly on enhancing and building custom apps and solutions that are client-centric. As our CEO suggests, our objective is not to become coders but understand client’s needs and provide tailored consultancy and solutions to them 4- Supportive & Amicable HR: I had a perception prior to joining Advance that HRs don’t respond easily or quickly and are usually distant but my opinion took a 360 degree turn here. Our HR team is very amicable, kind, empathetic and always available to respond to concerns or queries.

Cons

The processes can be automated to ease the burden on HR team. I see them doing almost everything manually. Although it’s done in time but seems quite tedious for them

Pros

They follow through on their word. The world would be a much better place if everyone lived by that simple principle. It’s not a flashy environment—they don’t make grand promises. It’s a straightforward place where good work is recognized and appreciated. There’s little showmanship, just a sense of sincerity and people who genuinely value relationships

I wish I have gotten the ticket to K25 but its mostly the sales team
