Pros

I've found AAP have an exceptional work culture that values collaboration and inclusivity. The benefits package is comprehensive, and the company prioritizes work-life balance, offering flexibility and support for personal commitments. I highly recommend AAPto anyone seeking a positive work environment with great benefits.

Cons

In my time at AAP, I've appreciated the strong work culture emphasizing collaboration and inclusivity. However, I encountered challenges with unprofessional TA Manager practices, which sometimes hindered productivity and morale. Additionally, the periodic layoffs created uncertainty and affected team dynamics negatively. While AAP offers valuable benefits and emphasizes work-life balance, improvements in management professionalism and transparency during layoffs would enhance the overall employee experience.

Pros

A lot of schedule flexibility

Cons

There is a lot of favoritism/bad management, especially in the DC that I work in. (DC-41)

Pros

It’s a pretty easy job, very fun people to work with. Hours as a driver are pretty consistent.

Cons

The pay isn’t great. It would be nice if the drivers were making at least $17 or $18 an hour. Also benefits don’t extend to health insurance only dental and vision if you are only considered part-time. Anybody that isn’t the GM, CPP, and RPP are considered part-time, regardless of the hours you get.
