      Issues with district managers, pay compared to fellow employees and others with the same title is low despite being classified as management and having two titles as well as being keyholder

      Work life balance, nice office in North Hills, unlimited PTO and sometimes they provide lunch

      Cons

      The pay is not competitive at all. For this to be a Fortune 500 company you would think the pay would be better but honestly this is just a good company to have on your resume, gain the experience for about 6 months to a year and then start applying elsewhere.
