Pros
A history of having some self-awareness as a basic manufacturer, at one point even emphasized doing basics better. There might be 5% of the people who actually know what they are doing and trying to patch up a sinking ship and all the freeloaders hitching a ride.
Cons
In the last few years, it gives off a sense of a place that has lost its collective mind! There is no meritocracy to be found, only politics and optics. The people who "do well" are favored by the CEO and so-called senior leaders for what they say, not what they actually achieve.
