The pay is fair for the position but if you are in a salary role you will be worked to death.
Cons
This company doesn’t think the rules apply to them. In addition to FDA violation they also don’t follow regulations for Benefits. No required Cobra notices sent and late postings to our 401k plans without the required notification and adjustments for lost gains on the investments.
