Pros
This is one place that proves that the grass is greener in the other side. There are many openings because everyone is quitting and they can't find any replacements.
Cons
Equipment in not reliable; anything that is new is also cheap and in turn, not reliable, talent is impossible to retain. Often you find yourself working long hours in a high stress and unrewarding atmosphere. Pretty poor working conditions for operators.
