Pros
-You will get 40 hours/week -Having truck to yourself is nice -Some of the techs end up being nice + helpful guys - Dispatch is generally cool
Cons
-Toxic work culture -Work is often so demanding that most of your time off work is spent recuperating from work -Company values only apply where profitable, kindness and understanding techs are expected to exhibit is usually not given to us -Management seems more interested in their $ and maintaining their position than caring about employees -Pay not proportionate for day to day expectations on technicans -Work requests to have trucks repaired takes forever -Most techs leave their trucks a filthy mess so working behind other people means cleaning up after someone -Company doing away with customer service so nurses place orders that patients end up not needing, which wastes tech's time overall -Trained to cover ourselves only because company won't hesitate to direct blame at their employees -Management will use other techs to spy on you -Regional manager Allan vocal about not uplifting, awarding or giving kudos for us doing our jobs despite working in very physically, mentally, emotionally demanding industry
