Pros
Pros: - The people - The product - The environment - They actually understand work life balance It's exciting to be apart of the US team. Everyone is so casual yet very professional. They treat you like the adult you are, no micromanaging, and fully trust you to get the job done. I got to hangout with the CEO when he was in town for our quarterly OKR and it really feels like I'm talking to a friend who is just extremely intelligent and knows how to run a business. Ian really cares and has been successful in creating a culture that reflects that.
Cons
I would say one of the only cons I can think of thus far, is the time zone difference from the US to the UK. You only have a small window of time in the mornings to reach certain people at the HQ over in London, and the reason I say this is a con is because of being a new hire and sometimes needing a question answered and I would have to wait till the next day to receive an answer. But even that isn't that big of a deal...so, other than that, no cons.
