Kind and smart colleagues and management. The company is full of good people that you are happy to see and interact with on a daily basis. One of the perks of working in the NYC office is visits from the CEO that often leads to transparent conversations on the business, personalized training, and knowledge sharing. The products are technical, but the whole team is there to support you, train you, and make sure you have the resources you need. It is a robust and good company that will have your back and help you grow both professionally and personally.

The industry and the products are evolving fast and you have to be comfortable with ambiguity and changes to keep up with the pace.

-Leadership (there is none) favorites are promoted even if they aren't capable of managing -Strategy (or lack there of) -Respect or care for their employees -Product's are overpriced and not reliable -They have an over-inflated view of themselves and their capabilities (in the US at least) -They don't know what it takes or how to run a successful company in US. They refuse to acknowledge the differences in the European vs. NA markets
