Pros
Great team environment, even virtually! Feel super supported by management and other team members. Flexible work hours. Ability to work for a variety of clients without having to search for them myself. Women lead company!
Cons
Not really a ‘con’ but worth noting. Growing pains of a growing company - things can change in order to accommodate the growth. With that being said, management is transparent with the changes and the steps they are taking to move the company forward. It’s a great time to get in ground floor of an amazing company!
