      Pros

      Good product, some good people initially. Good marketing ,R&D in place in the instance at phase 1

      Cons

      Terrible leadership - pharma approach to a medical device sale . Lack of transparency and non reporting of adverse clinical events . Product usage encouraged off label and beyond its capabilities.

      Pros

      The science behind the product is good. The founding scientist is inspiring. Pipeline products are good.

      Cons

      Senior leadership has unrealistic expectations about sales growth. They overpromise numbers to the board of directors and consistently under deliver. As a result, the stock price fell and remains low. Company culture is awful. Morale is low. Micromanaging is a policy mandated from the top down.
